We do not engage in bulk email or newsletter type marketing activities. All emails you received from us will be in direct relation to your enquiry or research currently being undertaken.

Please note that whilst we make every effort to be as accurate as possible in our research, many historical records are handwritten containing variations in spellings, and mistakes can also be found in transcribed information. As such, research projects may contain the occasional inaccuracy.

We will not be held responsible for errors resulting from information supplied by you. If you subsequently discover you have supplied incorrect information, please notify us immediately to make the changes required. This may incur an additional fee depending on what stage we have reached in your order.
